Shipping policy


Order Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including correct abbreviations and spacing.

Shop Style Shark is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, we are unable to offer a refund or store credit.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost
  • The cost of return shipping

These amounts will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Delivery & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Tracking may not update immediately
  • Tracking will begin updating once the package reaches your local carrier

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must contact your local postal service directly.

Shop Style Shark is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

We do not issue refunds or credits for delivered packages without Route Shipping Insurance.


Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within up to 10 business days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: up to 20 days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (select items only)

  • Processing: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery: 3–8 days (express option)
  • Delivery: 7–14 days (standard expedited)

Shipping timelines are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled through our international partners and are currently shipped from overseas.

Tracking may not be available through USPS or your local carrier until the package arrives at a domestic distribution center.

Customs, Delays & External Factors

Shop Style Shark is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • International carrier transfers
  • Weather or natural events
  • Air or ground transportation delays

Any customs fees, duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
