Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you’d like to cancel your order, you may do so by creating an account through our site. Orders may be auto-cancelled within 5 days of purchase, and requests submitted within this window will be automatically approved.


RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


WHOLESALE RETURN POLICY

All wholesale purchases are final sale. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

Claims for damaged merchandise must be submitted within 5 days of confirmed delivery and must include clear photographic evidence. Approved claims will be issued as store credit only.

Shop Style Shark reserves the right to deny any claim submitted outside of this timeframe or without sufficient documentation.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, you may:

  • Create an account and submit a return request through our online system, or
  • Contact us at support@shopstyleshark.com for assistance

If approved, items should be securely packaged (preferably in original packaging) and returned accordingly.

Please note: Customers located outside of the United States are responsible for their own return shipping costs.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing.

Refunds may take 1 billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

To ensure each piece arrives in impeccable condition, we kindly ask that all shoes be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Contact with hard flooring (wood, tile, etc.) may result in visible wear, and items returned in less than original condition cannot be accepted.


EXCEPTIONS

If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us at support@shopstyleshark.com. We will be pleased to assist with a refund or exchange.

To best support your request, any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Beyond this window, we may be unable to process a claim on your behalf.
